Handcrafted by Bagai using a bean-to-bar process, it is born from the direct transformation of selected cocoa beans, to preserve its aromatic profile and territorial identity.
The crunchiness of toasted hazelnuts combines with a dark chocolate with fruity notes, hints of honey and tobacco , creating a balance between intensity and roundness, with a long persistence on the palate.
