Handcrafted by Bagai using a bean-to-bar process, it is born from the direct transformation of selected cocoa beans, to preserve their aromatic identity and taste structure.
The cocoa from Puerto Quito, Ecuador , from Finca Las Delicias , expresses fruity notes, hints of honey and tobacco, with a long finish and light acidity. The nibs topping adds texture and intensity, making the taste dynamic and surprising.
