Its soft and delicate dough captures the sweetness and freshness of PGI Amalfi Coast citrus fruits: oranges, mandarins, and lemons, expertly candied to preserve their authentic aroma.
The crunchy icing, made with almond flour, toasted hazelnuts and egg white , envelops the cake in a perfect balance of softness and fragrance, enriched with Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla pods.
Each Colomba is made with carefully selected ingredients: soft wheat flour, fresh butter, pasteurized eggs, acacia honey, and natural yeast, combined to enhance flavor, fragrance, and lightness.
