

Classic Marsala Zabà is a handcrafted jarred zabaglione that makes every moment special. Prepared according to Turin tradition , it is made with a few select ingredients: fresh free-range eggs , 100% Italian sugar , and Marsala DOP.
This recipe is the one Alberto Marchetti has always used for his famous affogato, now available in an elegant and versatile version. Creamy, enveloping, and fragrant, Zabà is perfect enjoyed by the spoonful , hot or cold, or used to enrich desserts, ice cream, and whipped cream .
The Zabà project was born in the Torre dell'Eremo di Pecetto (TO) and is also a story of human value, created together with a group of disabled young people , combining artisanal excellence and inclusion.
