Artisanally produced by Bagai with bean-to-bar processing, it comes from the direct transformation of selected cocoa beans, to preserve aromatic identity, structure, and authenticity of taste.
The cocoa from Los Rios – Ecuador, from Finca Unocace, meets the aromatic profile of coffee in an enveloping and refined taste. Notes of dried fruit intertwine with the intense taste of coffee, creating an elegant, deep, and persistent balance.
