Chosen and selected ingredients exclusively from the island's production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, hazelnuts, stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas. A slow and gradual leavening, which is naturally completed within thirty-six hours, guarantees quality and fragrance to the baked goods, in full respect of the Madonie confectionery traditions.

Soft wheat flour , icing (12%) (sugar, fresh egg whites, rice flour, apricot kernel flour, modified starch, hazelnut paste , flavourings), butter, sugar, fresh eggs , candied apricots (9%) ( apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), Modica chocolate chips (8%) (cocoa mass, cane sugar), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat flour ) , granulated sugar (3%), hazelnut leaves (2%), hazelnut paste, Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, "Marsala DOP wine", cocoa butter, skimmed milk in powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts and soy.
